Jeremy Windham

MMC Chair and Certified Mortgage Examinations Manager (CMEM)

Jeremy Windham has been employed by the Alabama Banking Department since 1999. He is responsible for approving company and branch applications filed through NMLS, reviewing examination findings submitted by the examiners and corresponding with licensees. He is frequently involved in resolving consumer complaints and conducting special investigations/examinations of intentional violations of federal and state law. 

Jeremy was appointed to the Multi-State Mortgage Committee in 2017 and was elected to be Vice-Chair for 2019 and previously served on the Mortgage Testing and Education Board. He received the AARMR Distinguished Service Award in 2020. He graduated from Troy University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance and has received his certification from the CSBS Education Foundation as a Certified Senior Mortgage Examiner.
